This is the one that can trip up many couples - you actually need to try and lock in your vendors sooner than you think! Here’s a quick little guide for you below:

• VENUE - Lock this is ASAP. 12 months + if possible, especially if you’re looking at booking a popular time of the year!

• CELEBRANT, PHOTOGRAPHER, MUSIC, CATERING, STYLISTS - these are the next most important so get these booked in at LEAST 10-12 MONTHS beforehand, otherwise they may be booked out.

• FLORIST, MAKE UP, DRESSMAKER - Depending on what you’re planning, this should be booked at least 6-9 MONTHS in advance.

All ceremonies will include music for your Guest Arrival (aka Pre-Ceremony), as well as the special Wedding Moment songs such as your Aisle Walk, Signing Ceremony and Announcement.

All PA is provided for your music, and our professional battery powered solution incurs no extra charges so you can tie the knot wherever you like!

You can even arrange for a wireless mic for your Celebrant as an optional add-on (fees apply)

We will provide TWO hand-held wireless microphones for your MC and speeches, as well as manage the sound so that all those touching moments, memories (and the embarrassing stories) will be heard by all, nice and clear.

We understand that your wedding moments are vital to remembering your day. Because of this, we have invested in some of the best-in-class professional equipment.

We will also work with your videographer by providing a “line out” for them to capture every moment on your special day.

Reception packages all include some stage and ambient lighting. We can work in with your styling choices to blend with your colour scheme.

You can upgrade your package to include UPLIGHTS and our Intelligent Wireless DMX dance floor lighting as an optional add-on! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (fees apply)

Wedding Moments are the specific moments in your wedding day that we can specifically highlight your memories with music.

The main Wedding Moments are generally:

• Your Aisle Walk

• The Signing Ceremony

• Your Announcement

• Your Grand Entrance/s

• Your First Dance

• Your Send Off

Other Wedding Moments that have also proven popular include:

• Parent / Child Dance

• Cake Cutting

• Table Rush / Photo Dash

• …and pretty much anything else that is meaningful to you! We’ve even had two pre arranged PROPOSALS on the dance floor!

It’s your moment and should be accompanied by music that is special to you and helps to tell your story.

Not only will we learn songs but you will also have access to our Live Song List as well as have the opportunity to share with us your favourite dance tunes for your dancefloor.

TIP - when sending your RSVP’s, ask your guests to also send in a song request they’d like to dedicate to you and we’ll try and work them into the cocktail hour or reception.

We have done many weddings in and around greater Sydney, but also we can travel anywhere for your special day!
