GOLD PACKAGE

Ceremony & Cocktail Hour Music

  • Attendance time including bump in and out. Also includes up to 30 minutes for pre-ceremony.

    • Up to 2 hours to accommodate your Ceremony and Cocktail Hour (Canapes) PLUS

    • Up to 90 mins for bump in

    • Up to 30 mins for bump out

    • Single Location (multiple locations may incur a fee POA)

    • Travel included up to 1 hour from Sydney CBD. (Pyrmont) Outside this zone, travel fees may apply POA

    Unlimited communication before the wedding day.

    1 x Online Meeting if required

    Battery audio equipment available at no extra charge to accommodate for remote ceremony locations (suitable for up to 150 people)

    • More guests may attract an equipment upgrade fee POA.

    Learning up to 4 songs for your Ceremony:

    • Aisle Walk

    • Signing Song/s (choose 2)

    • Recessional Song

    • All Song Requests must be submitted 4 weeks before the wedding

    • Access to a song list to select your favourite songs to be played during your cocktail hour

    Preparation and rehearsal times where required

    I will liaise with your celebrant, wedding planner and other vendors to co-ordinate timings and the run of the day to ensure a smooth, enjoyable and fantastic wedding day!

PLATINUM PACKAGE

Full Wedding Day with Acoustic & DJ

    • Up to 2 hours prior to Ceremony for bump in

    • Up to 1 hour after Reception for bump out

    • Travel included up to 1 hour from Sydney CBD. (Pyrmont) Outside this zone, travel fees may apply POA

    Unlimited communication before the wedding day.

    Up to 3 x Online or Face to Face Meetings if required

    Full PA suitable for up to 200 guests provided for Reception, PLUS 2 x handheld wireless microphones for MC and speeches

PLUS Celebrant

  • Add on your Celebrant as part of your Gold or Platinum package at a reduced rate!

    In addition to your music package, your Celebrant Service includes:

    • initial video call to plan your personal ceremony

    • ongoing assistance via email or video call

    • a ceremony that reflects you as a couple

    • Support you write your personal vows, so they are genuine and meaningful.

    • a commemorative wedding certificate

    • lodgement of legal paperwork with Birth Deaths and Marriages NSW

    We keep in touch throughout the process leading up to your wedding.

    You will be supported throughout your journey, so when it comes to the day of your wedding, all you do is relax and have fun!

PLUS MC

  • Add on your MC as a standalone service, or as part of your Diamond package at a reduced rate!

    In addition to your music package, As your MC, I will be running the course of your reception, after the cocktail hour.

    I will ensure that everything runs to time and as smoothly as possible.

    Not only will I be your master of ceremonies, but I will also liaise with you, your wedding planner, and any other vendors and venue staff to co-ordinate and work through the run sheet.

    All you do is enjoy your special night!

    For larger weddings, (Over 150 guests) more equipment may be required, and this may attract a fee POA

  • ADD-ON to a Gold or Platinum Package: add $500 + GST

    Standalone Prices:

    OPTION 1

    • Standalone MC service only: add $1100 + GST

      • Note that you will need to discuss with your reception venue/reception entertainment (aka DJ or musicians) if they can provide and manage the wireless microphones for MC and Speeches.

    OPTION 2

    • Standalone MC Service with equipment: add $1500 +GST

      • Includes MC service for Reception PLUS additional equipment required:

        • 2 x wireless mics and receiver

          • Professional grade Sennheiser EW-D system with half wave antennas for clear audio and reliable signal

        • PA & Mixer

          • PA suitable for your room and guest numbers.

          • Includes an audio feed via XLR or 3/4" connection for your videographer to perfectly capture your speeches.
